For Schools & Youth Organizations
Service hours that lead to real work
Create meaningful service opportunities and an AI-proof career pathway for your young people through Weavers.
What it is
Weavers partners with high schools, scout troops, and youth service organizations to recruit and match teens with Silvers. Your organization shares the opportunity with teens and their parents/guardians; Weavers handles matching, training, safety protocols, visit logging, and provides regular reports about the progress of the cohort. The volunteer hours add up to a meaningful experience that colleges and employers will value.
Why it works for schools & youth organizations
Verified service hours. Every visit is logged, and every teen who completes the program gets a Weavers Service Transcript documenting hours, tasks, and demonstrated skills — ready for NHS, Common App, or a scout advancement record.
Structure you don't have to build. Your staff has your youth sign up. Weavers does the rest: registration, training before the first visit, recruiting Silvers, managing the matches, and providing regular progress reports.
A program parents can trust. Background-screened local Silvers, time-stamped check-in/out, and a documented debrief after every visit make this an easier “yes” than some other volunteer placements.
Visibility without the busywork. Your coordinator gets a partner dashboard showing match status, visit activity, and feedback completion for your entire cohort, in real time.
A path toward certification. After the initial phase, youth can continue with collaborative projects, or even pursue care economy certifications leading to AI-resistant jobs.
Safety
All Silvers are identity-verified and background-screened with criminal background checks across all 50 states. We secure parental consent for every minor. Every visit includes time-stamped check-in/out. A Weavers coordinator is available throughout.
