For Life Plan Communities & Senior-Serving Organizations
An amenity to energize and engage
Brings young people into your community's shared spaces for structured visits with your residents.
What it is
Weavers recruits and trains young people, matches them with residents in independent or assisted living, and manages the whole program as a paid amenity. Visits happen in common spaces, and residents are pre-screened for cognitive engagement by your Life Enrichment team.
Why it works for Life Plan Communities
A differentiated amenity: Residents have fun and talk about it.
Purpose and meaning: Residents are valued as mentors whose experience is worth learning from.
Family peace of mind: Families see a community actively investing in resident happiness.
Low staff overhead: your Life Enrichment team gets a structured, high-visibility program without having to build or manage it themselves.
Safety
Weavers over age 18 are identity-verified and background-screened with a criminal background check across all 50 states. Weavers under age 18 have parental consent and are in good standing with a partner school or youth organization. A Weavers coordinator is available throughout.
